Choi Kyung-ju, ‘hole-in-one’ at the PGA Champions Tour… Only 4th place, 3 strokes from the lead

Choi Kyung-ju (53) made a hole-in-one on the PGA Champions Tour먹튀검증.

In the second round of the PGA Champions Tour Kaurick Company Championship (total prize money: $3.5 million) held at Firestone Country Club (par 70) in Akron, Ohio, USA on the 15th (Korean time), Choi Kyung-ju made a hole-in-one, three birdies, and bogey 1. Weaved a dog to reduce 4 strokes.

Choi Gyeong-ju, who started the second round by adding a birdie on the 16th hole (par 5) in the first half, added a birdie on the 2nd hole (par 5), but made a bogey on the 3rd hole (par 4). A hole-in-one came out just as the atmosphere seemed to be breaking.

Choi Kyung-ju made a hole-in-one at the 5th hole (par 3) 200 yards away. After a hole-in-one, Choi Kyung-ju, who succeeded in catching a birdie on the 7th hole (par 3), rose to fourth place alone with a median total of 4 under par 136 strokes.

Korean men’s golf legend Kyung-Joo Choi has been on the Champions Tour since 2020 and won the 2021 Pure Insurance Open. It remains to be seen if he can add another Champions Tour victory in about two years.

Yang Yong-eun (51) lost 4 strokes with 2 birdies and 6 bogeys, and her ranking dropped. With an interim total of 1 over par, he was tied for 16th place. The fairway landing rate was 42.86% and the green hit rate was 38.89%, so the feeling of the shot was not good.

Harrison Frazier (USA) was leading the game with an interim total of 7 under par 133 strokes, while Stuart Sink (USA) took second place with a 6 under par 134 strokes.
